Improv@Work

Picture this: a bold creative team from a boutique marketing agency lands in downtown St. Pete, hosting 60+ participants across two squads, each led by two lively instructors. Their pain point? Creativity blocks, groupthink, and cross-team drift.
We launch with warm-ups powered by seaside energy: physical games that open minds as wide as Gulf views. Breakouts of 4–8 people practice listening agility and spontaneous pivot drills. After lunch, the ensemble hits high gear: pitch-perfect mock client deliveries, crisis improv around a Dalí museum mishap, even surprise scene shifts mid-flow that force snap decisions.
By show’s end, the crew is reinvented—ideas flowing fast, feedback humming, cross-team communication firing on all cylinders. They leave laughing, energized, and buzzing like sunflower fields under the sun—no more silos, just one bright, collaborative machine.

A Sample Improv Exercise!
Follow Your Nose
AKA: The “Let your body be your GPS and your imagination run wild” warm-up.
Everyone pops up and starts milling around—think improv shuffle mixed with caffeinated curiosity. Then you shout a body part: “elbow!” “knee!” “nostril!” Players begin moving as if steered by THAT body part—like a sneaky elbow is leading them into conspiratorial whispered paths. Then you switch again: “ear!” “big toe!” Each swap sends them diving into new ways of moving, listening, imagining.
Crank it up by ending with something really absurd—“your internal organs!” Suddenly people are moving like oversize hearts and mischievous spleens. The room erupts in giggles, surprising shapes, and oddly poetic motion.
Why it sparks creativity: You shift from thinking to literally following whimsy with your body. Unexpected movements spark new energy in your mind.
