Imagine a bustling day downtown for a tech consulting startup at The Pearl Event Center and adjacent venues—over 80 participants, divided into four groups, each packed with 2 instructors. The challenge? Teams struggling with misaligned messaging, slow handoffs, and leadership bottlenecks.

Teams kicked off with small‑group scenes (4–8 folks), tackling listening drills and cross‑functional agility games. Post‑lunch we unleashed the big ensemble: scenarios included handling investor Q&A, sudden tech outages, and lightning‑round client pitches. Improv forced immediate pivots—just like real crashes in the wild.

Then came the presentation blitz: teams improvised client updates, pitch scenes, complete with thumbs‑up feedback loops and laughter‑fuelled learning. By the final bell, this crowd had sharpened their listening, jacked up communication across silos, sped up decision loops, and owned the playbook. They left energized, tighter, and ready to function like a high‑octane collaborative machine instead of yesterday’s fragmented departments.

We serve the greater Fort Wayne area, including Downtown Fort Wayne, Waynedale, Doermer, North Clinton, Dupont Road corridor, South Anthony, West Central, Coldwater Road area, West State Boulevard, Ivanhoe, Foster Park, Pack Hill, Ardmore Knolls, South Calhoun corridor

Evil Twin

AKA: The “Scene, Freeze, Swap, Sabotage, Save the Day” game.

Grab 4 bold players. Two start a normal scene—we're talking first dates, meeting the in‑laws, intense boardrooms—anything feels‑real. But then come the evil twins. At any wild moment, a twin can yell FREEZE, tag their counterpart, and step in with their evil twist—maybe spill the drink, drop the bombshell confession, or orchestrate chaos. After a beat, they step out, and the original twin returns to justify, correct, or repair what the evil twin just unleashed, then carries the scene forward.

Here’s why this crackles: the tension between sabotage and redemption is pure comedic gold. You can feel the scene wobble under the twin’s mischief, and watching the original respond in-character—quick thinking, improvisational forgiveness—is like witnessing improv acrobatics.

This works best when scenes are high-stakes socially: maybe a first‑date karaoke gone sideways, or an awkward intro to the fiancé’s parents. Go big. Let the chaos ride, then pivot to repair. The audience will gasp, then roar—and that energy will guide you. Risk equals reward in this one—embrace the twins!
