A vibrant financial tech firm (like one of those sleek startups nestled near LSU) was looking for an improv workshop for their team of around 60 people—just the right size to be energetic yet intimate. Two improv coaches burst in—like rays of pure creative sunshine. The client’s pain point? Sticky-toes collaboration, decision paralysis, and “stuck in the silo” syndrome.

We launch into improv with bold partner exercises: think “Yes, and… your wildest customer idea!” Then we go full troupe storytelling, each person adding one ridiculous, brilliant line to a narrative—“Okay, now I’m a Mardi Gras float, and I need a financier!” Gradually, their communication-walls come crashing down, trust ignites, and leadership bubbles up like Louisiana gumbo on the boil. By closing, they’re sharing ideas, riffing off each other, trusting instincts, and dismantling those rigid silos. Their energy? Hotter than a Louisiana summer. Their joy? Uncontainable. Their mindset? “We’re in this together—on‑point and in‑flow.”

We serve the greater Baton Rouge area, including Downtown, Mid City, LSU Campus area, Perkins Road corridor, Corporate Boulevard, Siegen Lane area, Acadian Thruway, Perkins Rowe district, Bluebonnet Boulevard corridor, Airline Highway corridor.

Step inside and poof—you’re in a 1920s bank-turned-meeting-wonderland. Picture a meeting space where historic vaults wink at you and modern chic vibes high‑five your creativity. The Vault, Depository, Founders Room (a glam 1,100 sq ft space for up to 100 “yes‑anders”), and a private bite-and-brainstorm dining room called the Louisiana Purchase Room—all ready for your corporate magic. There’s top-tier audiovisual gear, free Wi‑Fi, and in-house catering that knows when to serve gumbo and when to serve strategy. It’s like brainstorming in a bank vault... but so much fun.

Historic glamour incoming! This place is the former Heidelberg Hotel (Huey Long’s old stomping grounds) reborn with over 34,000 sq ft of flexible meeting space, complete with two river-view ballrooms, Art‑Deco pizzazz, and on-site AV wizards ready to make your content sparkle. With 16 rooms, 291 guest suites, and a lobby that whispers “conference with style,” it’s like hosting your corporate meetup in a cinematic time capsule—but with all the tech and comfort you need.

Corporate event meets Vegas-on‑the‑River energy. Think a monster 13,000 sq ft Event Center, breakable into three 4,200 sq ft pods, state-of-the-art AV, a pre-function area with two bars (yes, bars), and a performance stage for when your keynote wants to become a showstopper. Plus: the Chatsworth Meeting Room for cozy pow‑wows, an Executive Boardroom for intimate brilliance, and outdoor festival grounds that can hold 2,500 party‑spirited souls. This is what happens when corporate ambition meets southern boldness, with a side of blackjack.

Aerobics

(the observation game that’s like 'Simon Says' on caffeine)

Ready to dial up the fun–meter? Line everyone up, like you’re about to start the world’s friendliest conga line. The very first person takes off—walking a big loopy circle around the room. No robots allowed—walk with flair! The second person tails them, copying every quirky step, wiggle, or swagger move. And everyone watches, hearts giggling.

After a few magic laps, the leader scurries to the back of the line (like a shy star swapping places), and then guess what? The next brave soul starts mimicking the person who was just imitated by them—and keeps the chain going. So it’s always one person leading, one person shadowing, and a growing chain of giggles and footwork.

Want to really amp it up? Let folks go wild—maybe someone does moonwalk ballet, someone else does jazz-hands jazz-walk. The goal? See-and-be-seen, laugh together, stay present—and yes, aggressively bond via funky-foot choreography.

And hey—if someone’s steps go sideways (“Wait… was that tango?”)—cheer them on. Because love, not judgement, is how names (and moves) stick. By the end, everyone’s watching, adapting, rolling with the improv, and feeling deeply connected—body, mind, soul, and silliness fused.
